N2  - This study was conducted depend on the secundary data of the study of "Model Development of health Services on HIV/AIDS Prevention for Adolescent Worker".      The objective of this research were to study the knowledge of sexual transmission disease and HIV/AIDS of the adolescent workers and the effort to increase their knowledge.      The finding showed that the knowledge on sexual transmission disease and HIV/AIDS of the adolescet workers were low, especially on understanding, symptom, consequence, and prevention. To increase their knowledge, the health facility of the industry must delivery promotion and prevention services beside curative services.
