Repositori BKPKFauna Nyamuk Anopheles pada Beberapa Tempat di Kabupaten Donggala, Sulawesi Tengah dan Peranannya dalam Penularan Penyakit MalariaJastalJastalauthorYunusYunusauthorLiliLiliauthorSurvei fauna nyamuk telah dilaksanakan di empat desa. Dua desa merupakan tempat pelaksanaan Longitudinal Survei Entomologi yaitu desa Kasimbar Kecamatan Arnpibabo dan desa Siboang Kecamatan Sojol. sedangkan dua desa lainnya merupakan tempat pelaksanaan Spot Survei yaitu desa Watuki1o dan Desa Toro yang keduanya berada dalam wilayah kecamatan Kulawi, dari bulan Desember 1999 sampai Desember 2000. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa di lokasi survei tersebut ditemukan 9 spesies nyamuk Anopheles yang terdiri dari : An barbitrosis. An. Tesselatus. An vagus, An hyrcanus group. An subpictus, An. khoci, An indifinitus, An. maculatus dan An. aconotus. Dari sembi1an spesies terebut di atas. dua di antaranya dicurigai sebagai vektor malaria yaitu An. barbirostris dan An. subpictus. Nyamuk Anopheles barbirostris ditemukan di empat lokasi survei dan paling sering ditemukan jika dibandingkan dengan spesies lain. Nyamuk Anopheles barbirostris dan An. subpictus lebih banyak ditemukan menggigit orang baik di dalam maupun di luar rumah.
