Temperature was set up at the beginning from :-20 degree celcius, 0 degree celcius, 5 degree celcius, 10 degree celcius, 15 degree celcius, 25 degree celcius and 30 degree celcius.     During 30 days peroid of storage, the polio virus was titrated at 4 days interval using micromethod of TCID calculation in vero cells.      The result of the study showed that the effect of -20 degree celcius, 0 degree celcius and 5 degree celcius for 30 days storage was not significantly different. Whereas at 10 degree celcius the vaccine potency had started to decrease at day 24 up to day 30.
