Pertumbuhan kanker tersebut ditinjau dari parameter bilirubin, SGPT, SGOT yang merupakan fungsi hati serta kreatin untuk fungsi ginjal. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa berat badan tikus coba yang diberi dosis 200,400,600,800,1000 mg/kg berat badan tidak menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna terhadap kelompok kontrol (p>0.05). Sedangkan kadar kreatinin pada kelompok dosis 200,400,600,800 dan 1000 mg/kg berat badan tidak menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna terhadap kelompok kontrol (p>0,05).
