The objective of the trial is to determine the efficacy of malathion 5% EC applied by thermal fogging compared to dusting method by Fanara, et. al (1979). Result of the trial showed that the crude index flea was reduced 67.4%-83.6% for 14 days, compared to 65%-94% reduction for 120 days by dusting application.
