Repositori BKPKLaporan Penelitian Profil Residu Pestisida dalam Tomat dan Selada pada Tingkat Konsumen di DKI JakartaJanaharMuradauthorSriEndreswariauthorTelah dilakukan penelitian profil residu pestisida dalam tomat dan selada yang disamping dari pasar induk, pasar tradisional, swalayan dan hipermarket di lima wilayah DKI, pengujan dilakukan terhadap pestisida golongan organoklorin, organofosfat, piretroid dan dithiokarbamat menggunakan metode kromatografi gas. Hasil pengujian menunjukan pengujian organoklorin, organofosfat dan piretroid tidak terdeteksi dalam semua sampel tomat dan selada. Pestisida golongan dithiokarbamat terdeteksi dalam beberapa sarnpel tomat dengan nita antara 0,23 - 22,07 mg/kg (BMR = 3 mg/kg) dan dalam selada dengan nilai 1,25- 18,57 mg!kg ( BMR = 5 mg/kg ), beberapa diantaranya melebihi BMR.QV 701-835 Pharmacy and Pharmaceutics2000Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Farmasi dan Obat TradisionalMonograph
