Sepsis Neonatorum almost 30% causing neonatal mortality. With method research of case control study, this research aim to know risk factor occurence of sepsis neonatorum at distric hospital in Curup. from register RSUD Curup at January 2005 up to April 2006. Sampel consist of 85 case and 85 control. Sampel in this research is newborn baby and mother and taken care of pediatric care. Bivariate analysis use test of chi square, and analysis multivariat use multivariate logistic regression. Multivariate analysis results showed that only three factors or variables were significantly to sepsis neonatorum, that are man baby OR=2.279 (1.143-4.546), history born with action OR=2.142 (1.047-4.385), and premature ruptur membrane OR= 7.595 (3.593-16.058). Require to strive prevention premature rupture of membrane.
