The study with quality and quantitative research methods with survey design (cross sectional). Population is elementary school children at SDN 01 Pagatan with a total sample consisted of 91 people graders 1-6. This research is held by collecting parasites data directly before and after the worm drugs treatment and in depth interview to the health officer and the teacher to get the factors influencing the success of worm drugs treatment. Data analyzed by Wilcaxon test. The results of pre-treatment worm disease by 50% positive ?Soil Transmitted Helminth? worm while post-treatment examination results as much as 10% still suffer from worm infestation. There is a decrease in the proportion of worm infection by 40% between before and after treatment. Administration of drugs carried out by officers qualified health center pharmacy.
