Nutrition. Physical Examination Practicing to breastfeed the children up to two year of their age is not achieved yet. This leads to problems usually have diarrhea and nutrition. This circumtance leads to problems in the children such as diarrhea and undernutrition. Several studies showed that working mother, lateness on breastfeeding initiation, and promotion of breast milk substitution are the factors related to stop breastfeeding earlier which is less than 24 month of children?s age. This paper will describe the analysis of probability of weaning time of children under two years and factors influencing mother to stop breastfeed their child. Data used are secondary data of SDKI 2003/2004. The analysis used is Hypothetic Cohort Assumption. To know when mothers wean the child, survival analysis should be used. The event variable is children under two years that is not breastfeed, and sensor is children under two years that is breastfeed. Time is the duration of breastfeeding. To know what factors influence mother to stop breastfeeding before 24 months, Cox regression should be used. The result showed 50% of children under two years in Indonesia has been weaned at 19.97 months old. Bivariate results early weaning age is significantly different (p<0,05), which occurred in mother who had high education, working, delivered in health facilities, mother delivered helped by health officer and neonatus examination with the baby health officer in health facility.
