%X The output of Polytechnic of health science Departement of Radiodiagnostic are the radiografers who  have the academic ability, good performance and  ethical attitude.The design of this study was a cross sectional study. The objectives of the study is to find the relationship between self concept and on the job effectiveness of Clinical Instructor. The study was conducted at Polytechnic of health science Departement of Radiodiagnostic  with 70 respondens selected randomly. The Study concludes that there is a positive correlation between : self cocept with the job effectiveness of Clinical Instructor. Furthermore, there is positive correlation between two independent variables a self concept a with the job effectiveness of Clinical Instructor
