The objectives of the study is to find the relationship between self concept and on the job effectiveness of Clinical Instructor. The study was conducted at Polytechnic of health science Departement of Radiodiagnostic with 70 respondens selected randomly. The Study concludes that there is a positive correlation between : self cocept with the job effectiveness of Clinical Instructor.
