%X In attempting source reduction of DHF vector Aedes aegypti the Health District Office of Jepara encourages community to intensify the mosquito-source reduction of DHF movement. To find out the influences of those measures a spot survey has been carried out at four DHF endemic areas located in sub district of Jepara; Mlonggo; Bangsri and Tahunan each. The larval index?s range of CI : 11.5 ? 47.3%; HI : 19 ? 70% and BI : 23.8 ? 173 whereas  the average of larval-free rate at all of the four areas 49.8%.
