Repositori BKPKPola Resistensi Mycobacterium Tuberculosis terhadap Obat Anti Tuberculosis (OAT) di Jawa Barat (RS.Cisarua-Bogor)PudjarwotoTriatmodjoauthorPenyakit TB di Indonesia menempati urutan ke III di dunia setelah India dan RRC (WHO,1999). Tiap tahun terdapat 450.000-500.000 kasus baru dengan angka kematian sebesar 175.000 kasus. Hal ini merupakan masalah kesehatan utama di Indonesia yang perlu diantisipasi secara lebih saksama. Dilaporkan terdapat kenaikan angka kematian TB dari 8,6% (1986) menjadi 9,8% (1992). Kenaikan angka kematian (mortalitas) ini diduga berkaitan erat dengan dugaan terjadinya kenaikan resistensi M. tuberculosis terhadap OAT, akibat dari tatalaksana pengobatan/managemen pengobatan TB yang masih belum seiring/belum ada keseragaman di antara unit-unit pengelola TB baik antara unit swasta, pemerintah maupun kelompok ahli TB. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pola resistensi M. Tuberculosis terhadap obat-obat standar yaitu isoniazid (H), rifampisin (R), etambutol (E), streptomisin (S), kanamisin (K) dan pirazinamid (Z). Uji rewsistensi dilakukan dengan metode absolut (WHO, 1983). Hasil penelian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat angka resistensi sebesar 40,6% kuman M. Tuberculosis yang resisten terhadap 6 jenis OAT standar. Pola resistensi ini terdiri dari resistensi tunggal (mono drug resistance) dan resisten ganda (multi drug resistance). Resisten tunggal tercatat sebesar 17,2%, terdiri dari resisten terhadap isoniazid (H) sebesar 7,8%, rifampisin (R) 1,6% dan streptomisin 7,8%. Pada resistensi ganda diperoleh angka sebesar 23,4% meliputi MDR sebesar 12,5% dan non MDR sebesar 10,9%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa di daerah Cisarua, Bogor-Jawa Barat, angka proporsi resistensi M. Tuberculosis terhadap OAT standar sebesar 0.40.
