Repositori BKPKPenelitian Parasit dan Bakteri pada Akseptor KB dan Ibu Hamil yang Menderita Flour AlbusMarvelRennyauthorSalah satu keluhan yang agak sering dijumpai dalam klinik dan KIA adalah keputihan atau flour albus, 16% penderita flour albus di RSAB adalah akseptor KB dan Ibu Hamil. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengambilan usapan vagina akseptor KB dan Ibu hamil yang menderita keputihan. Penelitian parasit dilakukan secara langsung dengan menggunakan media SDA (untuk Candida). Sedangkan untuk bakteri dilakukan pemeriksaan dengan cara pewarnaan gram. Pengisian Kuesioner dilakukan untuk penderita-penderita tersebut untuk mengetahui latar belakang dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan terjadinya flour albus. Dari 162 penderita flour albus didapatkan infeksi Candidiasis 53,7%, infeksi Trichomoniasis 3,1%, infeksi gabungan Candidiasis dan Trichomoniasis 3,1% dan infeksi bakteri 40,1%. Infeksi Candidiasis pada kelompok ibu hamil, kelompok KB maupun non KB tinggi (61,1% , 53,4% , 50%) dan secara statistik tak berbeda bermakna.
