Repositori BKPKTelaah IgG dan IgM Terhadap Protein Virus Dengue pada Sera Penderita DHF dan DSSHarliNovrianiauthorTelah dilakukan penelitian eksperimental laboratorium imunologis memakai Western blott terhadap 5 sampel dari 30 sampel yang direncanakan terhadap sera penderita pelbagai gradasi klinik penyakit DHF dan DSS sesuai kriteria WHO (1997) di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo sepanjang kurun waktu september 2000- Januari 2001 dengan hasil masing-masing 60% conjugate IgG dan setiap antigen DHF I,II,III dan IV, demikian pula 60 % conjugate IgM dan antigen DHF I,II,dan IV mengenal komponen satu protein antigen virus DHF berberat molekul (BM) 5 Kd atau 10 Kd. Perkecualian adalah hanya satu kelompok sera berconjugate IgM dan antigen DHF III yang 60%mengenal kedua komponen protein BM 5 Kd dan BM 10 Kd sekaligus.
