Repositori BKPKKebutuhan (Need) Ibu Hamil akan Tablet Besi untuk Pencegahan AnemiFitrahErnawatiauthorPenelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Puskesmas Sindang-Barang, Gang Kelor, Tegal Gundil dan Warung Jambu. Desain penelitian adalah kohort observasional. Responden adalah ibu hamil pada trimester ke dua dan ke tiga kehamilan yang mendapat penyuluhan oleh bidan di Posyandu dan yang tidak mendapat penyuluhan. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi keadaan sosial ekonomi, identitas reponden, pengetahuan responden tentang kurang darah/anemi, manfaat tablet besi, kebutuhan reponden akan tablet besi, cakupan distribusi, kepatuhan konsumsi tablet besi, kadar hemoglobin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan responden tentang anemi, penyebab anemi, konsekuensi anemi pada ibu hamil dan bayinya, meningkat secara bermakna pada kelompok yang mendapat penyuluhan oleh bidan. Namun kebutuhan ibu hamil akan tablet besi tidak berbeda antara kelompok yang mendapat dan tidak mendapat penyuluhan oleh bidan. Hanya 52% responden dari kelompok yang mendapat penyuluhan oleh bidan mengkonsumsi semua tablet besi yang diterima.
