Repositori BKPKRespon Antibodi Anak Pasca Pemberian Boster CampakBambangHeriyantoauthorImunisasi campak sudah dilaksanakan melalui imunisasi rutin dati PIN (Pekan Imunisasi Nasional) dengan memberikan imunisasi massal pada balita di daerah resiko tinggi campak pada bulan Oktober 1997, namun demikian kasus dan KLB campak masih banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Umur kasus bergeser kearah lebih tua yaitu umur 1--4 tahun dan 5--9 tahun, dari total kasus 20--30% sudah pernah diimunisasi campak dasar. Departemen Kesehatan RI. merencanakan program imunisasi ulang terhadap campak untuk tahun 1999 pada anak sekolah dasar kelas I s.d kelas VI. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang "Respon Antibodi Anak Pasca Pemberian Boster Campak". Penelitian ini adalah merupakan studi eksperimental dengan before and after design menggunakan populasi anak umur 3 tahun di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian imunisasi ulang campak pada umur 3 tahun dapat menaikan proporsi anak yang protektif terhadap virus campak, dan mengetahui hubungan status antibodi dengan variabel bebas dengan analisa Chi-square, Uji mean (1 test dan ANOVA) dan regresi logistik untuk melihat hubungan pengaruh independen secara bersama terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serokonversi dari imunisasi ulang (pemberian boster) pada umur 3 tahun sangat berbeda nyata jika dibandingkan dengan yang tidak diimunisasi ulang dan antara sebelum diimunisasi dibandingkan dengan sesudah diimunisasi, sedang variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi status antibodi adalah faktor gizi.WC 500-590 Virus Diseases1999Center for Research and Development of Disease Control, NIHRDMonograph
