Repositori BKPKPola Resistensi M.tuberkulosis terhadap OAT pada Kasus Baru dan Kambuh di Daerah Jawa BaratPudjarwotoTriatmodjoauthorTelah dilakukan penelitian diskriptip untuk memperoleh gambaran pola resistensi M.tuberculosis terhadap OAT primer yaitu issoniazid (H) dengan konsentrasi 0,2 ug/ml, pirazinamid (Z) 40 ug/ml, dan kanamisin (K) 40 ug/ml. Uji resistensi dilakukan dengan metode absolut (WHO, 1983). Dalam penelitian ini telah dapat diuji resistensi terhadap 64 spesimen M. tuberculosis yang diperoleh dari hasil kultur sputum/dahak penderita TB paru yang berobat ke RS Cisarua, Bogor, Jawa Barat tahun 1999. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa M. tuberculosis yang resisten terhadap OAT adalah sebesar 40,6% terdiri dari resistensi tunggal (mono drug resisten) dan resistensi ganda (multi drug resisten). Mono drug resisten sebesar 17,2% terdiri dari resisten terhadap isoniazid (H) 7,8%, streptomisi (S) 7,8% dan Rifampisin (R) 1,6%. Etambutol, Kannamisin dan Pirazinamid masih sensitif terhadap kelima jenis OAT yang diujikan. Resistensi ganda tercatat sebesar 23,4%, terdiri dari MDR sebesar 12,5% dan non MDR 10,9%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat M.tuberculosis terhadap OAT primer untuk daerah Bogor dan sekitarnya adalah 40,6%, terdiri dari resisten tunggal sebesar 17,2% dan resisten ganda 23,4%.
