LukasBasukiauthorTelah dilakukan penelitian tentang kekebalan bawaan dan serokonversi setelah vaksinasi campak pada bayi di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Dapat dikumpulkan sebanyak 1127 spesimen darah dari bayi umur 3 bulan sampai dengan 18 bulan. Kekebalan bawaan pada umur 3 bulan menunjukkan 66,7%. Dengan bertambahnya umur kekebalan bawaan makin menghilang. Pada kelompok umur 9, 10 dan 11 bulan sudah menjadi 2,4%, 3% dan 1,4%. Serokonversi tertinggi terjadi pada kelompok bayi dengan umur 10 sampai 14 bulan. Ini masih sesuai dengan kriteria vaksinasi campak yang dianjurkan di Indonesia.
