Therefore, they need seriously attention. On this phase, the foundation of reproduction health is developed for a lifetime. They need to know the right information about process of reproduction and all factors influencing, especially adolescent which is residence at prostitution area. At now, the information about Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) still not yet earned fulfilled better. Community Health Centre as the holder first level of reproduction health service can fill that requirement by the Health Promoting School Program, although this program is not the Community Health Centre elementary program. This research was done at Community Health Centre, which in its job region there are prostitution location, in Malang city and Tulungagung district. Research result show the activity form of ARH services, which is given by Community Health Centre, is information education, medical elementary service and counseling. Some factors causing ARH services not yet maximal is 1) Lack of adolescent health reproduction knowledge, 2) The limited of fund for implementation ARH services, 3) Provider have never followed training of ARH and not yet got ARH guide-book so that materials/counseling items less according to, 4) Officer don't know the most effective counseling media for adolescent 5) Officer don't know the most effective counseling technique/ way for adolescent 6) Lack of enthusiasm/response from adolescent. There by, to increase the roles of Community Health Centre in ARH program, Community Health Centre is need to develop or create effective media for health education action, especially at prostitution area.WQ 200-212 Reproduction.
