The method was used in this study was cross sectional study. People with Plasmodium falciparum that transmitted indigenous were chosen purposively as samples. The result showed that malaria has been transmitted indigenously on May, June, and July 2006. Malaria incidences were distributed in three villages i.e. Gunungjati, Pagedongan and Telagiri. There were 8 person infected by Plasmodium falciparum. Two species of suspected malaria vector, which found were Anopheles aconitus and Anopheles maculates. The measured relative long activity of Anopheles aconitus was about 6 days while Anopheles maculates was about 25 days. ELISA test showed there were no mosquito samples containing Plasmodium falciparum sporozoit.
