Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan penangkapan nyamuk dewasa dengan metode landing collection di dalam maupun di luar rumah serta resting collection di dinding dan kandang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fauna spesies Anopheles di lokasi penelitian terdiri dari An. barbirostris, An. maculatus, An.aconitus, An. annullaris, An. tesselatus, An. vagus, An. indefinitus, An.kochi dan An. subpictus. Terdistribusi pada masing-masing lokasi, Desa Kalimbuweri keragmannya cukup tinggi terdiri dari 8 spesies kecuali An. subpictus. Sedangkan desa Weepaboba dan pro batang masing-masing tiga spesies yaitu An. vagus, An. indefinitus, An.kochi dan An. vagus, An.kochi, An. subpictus.QX 500-675 Insects.
