The health program integration covers the organizational and the functional aspects. The 2002 health activities at the targeted areas were analysed. The provincial and district health office had some integrated health plans. While at the health centre (HC), practically most health activities could be integrated, but the quality was not optimum. The HC faced some constrains in manpower, budget, skill and knowledge. An integrated monitoring and evaluation was observed at the HC but not within the central, provincial and district levels. The district as well as the sub-district informed that a separate monitoring and evaluation is not practical, since some of the information gathered were the same. The central level could prepare an integrated monitoring evaluation and reporting recording.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">WA 525-590 Health Administration and Organization</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2012</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Monograph</mods:genre></mods:mods>
