Tujuan penelitian adalah menentukan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi konversi BTA sputum pada pengobatan TB Paru di Kabupaten Aceh Besar pada tahun 2010. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 penderita TB Paru yang berobat ke Puskesmas Seulimum dan Puskesmas Darul Imarah. Sampel penelitian diikuti proses pengobatannya selama dua bulan secara kohort kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan konversi BTA sputum serta dilakukan wawancara mengenai karakteristik, lingkungan fisik, kepatuhan minum obat, status gizi, dan sosio ekonominya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat menggunakan uji statistik dengan derajat kepercayaan a = 0,05. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan faktor lingkungan fisik dan status gizi merupakan faktor yang menunjukkan hubungan bermakna terhadap hasil konversi BTA sputum pada penelitian, sementara faktor karakteristik penderita, kepatuhan minum obat, dan sosio ekonomi tidak: menunjukkan hubungan bermakna terhadap hasil konversi BTA sputum pada pengobatan TB Paru di Kabupaten Aceh Besar tahun 2010.WF 140-900 Diseases of the Respiratory System2010UPFP Kesehatan AcehMonograph
