Hasil pemeriksaan rct marker menunjukkan bahwa pada suhu 40 derajat celcius ternyata tidak ditemukan adanya titer virus polio hasil isolasi. Pemeriksaan lebih lanjut memeprlihatkan bahwa ditemukan adanya 20,2% virus entero, 3,8% virus adeno, 8,0% virus rhino dan 64,2% tidak ditemukan virus (negatif).
