Tomat dan Selada adalah sayuran yang biasa dikonsumsi langsung tanpa dimasak lebih dahulu, sebagai sayuran segar, Burger, salad, Juice dll). Pengambilan sampel tomat dan selada dilakukan secara purposive yang diambil dari pasar tradisional dan pasar swalayan di lima wilayah Jakrata. Tiap wilayah ditetapkan 1 pasar tradisional dan 1 pasar swalayan serta 1 pasar Induk dan 1 Hipermarket.
