Repositori BKPKPENELITIAN MIKOBAKTERIUM ATIPIK PADA PENDERITA TB EXTRAPARU DI BEBERAPA RUMAH SAKIT DI INDONESIAAryantoSuwondoauthorCyrus H.SimanjuntakauthorMisnadiarlyauthorTelah dilakukan penelitian Atipical Mycobakteria pada 136 orang penderita TB.Extraparu dari Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin dan Rumah Sakit lainnya di Bandung dan Jakarta yang berhasil dikumpulkan selama November 1992 berikut berbagai aspek etiologi, Atypical, Efektivitas BCG. Sensitivitas pemeriksaan PA dibandingkan pemeriksaan biakan (Mikrobiologis) dll. Berhasil tumbuh 40 biakan (+) dan ditemukan berbagai species Mycobakteria jenis specimen dari TB.Extraparu terspesialisasi yaitu: Atypical Mycobakterium terdiri dari: M.konsasii (3), M.szulgai (3), M.haemophilum (2), M.phlei (2), M.marinum (2), M.sarafulaceum (1), M.eriviale (1), dan Grup Typical Mycobakterium terdiri atas M.tuberculosis - INH sensitif (6), M.Tubercculosis - INH resisten (4) M. bovis (2) dan M.afrikanum (1). Faktor kebiasaan makan sayuran mentah, minum susu segar tanpa dimasak, berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya infeksi Atypical, dapat menyebabkan TB.Extraparu, terutama Lymphodenitis TBC, Gastroenterologi TBC. Hal-hal tersebut diatas perlu diperhatikan dalam rangka peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, disamping kasus TB.Extraparu ini perlu diteliti lebih lanjut.
