Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder riset kesehatan dasar (RISKESDAS) 2007 dengan fokus analisis pada ketanggapan pelayanan rawat inap di rumah sakit. Hasil analisis multivariat regresi logistik menunjukkan variabel umur, kuintil, pendidikan, pekerjaan dan klasifikasi desa/kota berpengaruh terhadap penilaian ketanggapan pelayanan rawat inap di rumah sakit pemerintah. Namun variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel interaksi antara kuintil 1 dan bekerja sebagai petani/nelayan/buruh.
