Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Kondisi puskesmas DUKM masih kurang dalam hal peralatan medis, obat, tempat pelayanan dan jam buka yang terbatas 2. Pemanfaatan puskesmas DUKM masih kurang/jarang digunakan konsumer 3. Ada beberapa perilaku pasien puskesmas DUKM yang dirasakan tidak menyenangkan provider yaitu suka rewel, minta pelayanan lebih, datang hanya minta surat rujukan dan minta surat cuti walau tidak begitu sakit 4. Ada sebagian petugas yang tidak senang bekerja di puskesmas DUKM karena insentif, pasien rewel dan peralatan serta obat yang terbatas 5. Masih banyak karyawan yang tidak tahu berapa besar iuran DUKM, dan ada sebagian yang keberatan dalam membayar iuran bila tidak sakit 6.
