Aceh, Universitas Semarak Bengkulu di Propinsi Bengkulu dan Universitas Nusa Cendana di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metodelogi yang digunakan ketiganya adalah sama yaitu dengan pengamatan langsung, wawancara dengan kuisioner terhadap responden/sample. Yang menjadi responden adalah wanita sudah berkeluarga (Ibu Rumah Tangga) di pedesaan, umur dibawah 50 tahun dan mempunyai anak yang masih hidup dibawah 6 tahun. Jumlah sampel yang diambil secara random sederhana sebanyak 30 orang wanita per desa. Jadi, semuanya 4x30= 120 responden.W 84-85.5 Health Services.
