Penelitian penjajagan ini telah berhasil menunjukkan bahwa penelitian serupa dengan luas lingkup Nasional, dapat diharapkan mampu memberikan suubangan-sumbangan pemikiran bagi pembinaan lanjut dan penyempurnaan pelaksanaan sistim tersebut.
