Design of this study is retrospective cohort with samples consist of 213 cervix cancer patients who have been treated in 1990. Life table and Kaplan Meier analysis were used to determine of probability of survival. Multivariate Cox regression analysis was done to determine the risk of health of cervix cancer patient The result shows that 5 years survival rate on cervix cancer patient is 30 % and the median survival is 934 days. The 5 years survival rate on stage I am 48 0/0, stage II 420/0, stage ill 19 % and stage IV 0 %. Using stage I as a baseline comparison, the risk ratio of death for stage II is 1,20 (95 % CI = 0,57; 2,51), stage m is 2,08 (95 % CI = 1,03; 4,2), stage IV is 5,42 (95% CI = 1,08; 14,12). The 5 years survival rate on patients with complete therapy is 35 % and incomplete therapy is 6 %. The risk of death on patients with incomplete therapy is 2,92 times (95 % CI = 1,82; 4, 71) compared with complete therapy. The probability of 5 years survival rate with Hb value ≥ 12 gr./dl is 600/0, 11,0-11,9 gr./dl is 21% and < 11,0 gr./ill is 7 %. Compare with Hb value ≥ 12 gr./dl the risk of death on patient with Hb value < 11,0 gr./dl 3,84 times (95% CI = 1,56; 5,17) and on patient with Hb value 11,0-11,9 gr./ill is 1,89 times (95% CI = 1,04; 3,41). The probability of 5 year survival rate with tumor size ± 2 cm is 63 0/0, 3 cm is 28 0/0, 4 cm is 30 % and tumor > 4 cm is 6 %. Risk of death on patients with tumor size 3 cm is 0,69 times compared with tumor size ± 2 cm, tumor size 4 cm is 0,99 times and > 4 cm is 3,83 times. The probability of 5 years survival rate with no education is 42 0/0, 1-6 year's education 23 % and > 6 year's education 34 %. The risk of death with no education 0,39 times (95 % CI = 0,21; 0,70) compared with > 6 year's education, and risk of death with 1-6 year's education 0,83 times (95 % CI = 0,51; 1,34). There is no correlation between ages and 5 years rate on cervix cancer patients.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">WP 400-480 Uterus.
