This study measured differences in attentional bias between smoking related cues stimulus and neutral stimulus with the Stroop test and analyze its relationship with individual factors, the social environment and the characteristics of the smoke. Quasi-experimental research design with primary data analysis using multiple linear regression on the upper secondary school level students of South Tangerang City, Banten. The results showed three (3) characteristics of students with attentional bias for longer response to the stimulus of smoking related cues than the neutral stimulus, namely: having a parent smokes, is in a higher class and he smokes. Differences attentional bias towards stimuli cue smoking and neutral stimulus in the environment need to watch out because it encourages smoking trends in teenage students. Abstrak : Perbedaan bias atensi adalah fenomena bias kognitif yang memperlihatkan penyimpangan kognitif sehingga menimbulkan atensi lebih lama pada stimulus tertentu dibanding stimulus lain dam berlangsung tanpa disadari. Penelitian ini mengukur perbedaan bias atensi terhadap stimulus isyarat merokok dan stimulus netral dengan Stroop test serta menganalisis hubungannya dengan faktor individu, lingkungan sosial dan karakteristik merokok. Desain penelitian quasi experimental dengan analisis data primer menggunakan regresi tinier berganda pada siswa tingkat sekolah menengah atas Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Basil penelitian menunjukkan 3 (tiga) karakteristik siswa dengan respon bias atensi lebih lama terhadap stimulus isyarat merokok dibandingkan stimulus netral, yaitu: memiliki orang tua merokok, berada di kelas yang lebih tinggi dan ia merokok.
