Repositori BKPKSurvai Resep DOPB di Beberapa Apotik di DKI Jakarta-Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan FarmasiauthorTelah dilaksanakan survei terhadap resep-resep DOPB pada 40 apotik di DKI Jakarta. Survei ini bersifat eksploratif untuk mendapatkan gambaran penggunaan obat-obat dalam DOPB. Analisis deskriptif dilakukan terhadap seluruh lembar resep DOPB yang diterima selama 9 bulan (November 1986-Juni 1897) oleh 40 apotik. Dari penelitian ini diketahui banyaknya lembar resep DOPB yang diterima oleh apotik-apotik yang bersangkutan. Sejumlah 17 apotik menerima sampai 100 lembar resep DOPB dan selebihnya menerima di atas 100 lembar, selama 9 bulan tersebut. Penerimaan tertinggi pada bulan Oktober 1986 dan cenderung menurun pada bulan-bulan berikutnya. Prosentase penerimaan lembar resep DOPB terhadap penerimaan resep umum per hari paling besar 8,6% dengan kisaran 0-8,6%, dan modus 0,8%. Selain dokter umum (73,3%) yang menulis resep dengan lembar khusus, dokter gigi (11,3%) dan dokter ahli (14,9%) memanfaatkannya. Sekitar 37,6% lembar resep DOPB ditebus dengan harga kurang dari Rp. 2500,00, meskipun ada juga yang ditebus dengan harga diatas Rp. 7500,00 (1,5%). Jenis obat yang paling banyak ditulis adalah Ampisilin (17,0%), Parasetamol (10,9%), dan CTM (8,4%). CTM lebih banyak diberikan dalam bentuk racikan.
