Hasil isolasi di analisa secara Kromatografi lapisan tipis. Dari Cinechona succirubra Pavon et klot diperoleh hasil isolasi berupa kristal putih dengan randemen 7% dan analisa KLT nya sesuai dengan zat pembanding (Quinin HCT).
