?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.relation=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.badankebijakan.kemkes.go.id%2Frepositori%2Fid%2Feprint%2F4329%2F&rft.title=Final+Report+WHO+Biennium+2020-2021+Project+Indonesia's+Covid-19+Knowledge+Hub+(Year+2020)+%3A+Revision&rft.creator=Syachroni%2C+Syachroni&rft.creator=Aryastami%2C+Ni+Ketut&rft.creator=Kusumawardani%2C+Nunik&rft.creator=Musadad%2C+Dede+Anwar&rft.subject=WC+500-590+Virus+Diseases&rft.description=Currently%2C+research+activities+in+Indonesia+are+very+important+and+urgent.+The+momentum+of+the+Covid-29+pandemic+also+has+an+impact+on+increasing+researdh+activities+around+the+world%2C+including+Indonesia.+Another+condition+is+that+Indonesia+has+entered+the+era+of+industrial+revolution+4.0+through+the+integration+of+integration+of+internet+use+in+production+lines+and+processes+and+emphasizes+digital+economy+patterns%2C+artificial+intelligence%2C+big+data%2C+robotic+and+soon.%0D%0A%0D%0AThis+activity+aimed+to+build+an+information+system+(knowledge+hub)+for+research%2C+studies%2C+and+other++scientific+forms+that+have+not+only+been+completed+and+published+but+are+also+planned+or+in+the+implementation+stage.+The+activity+of+Indonesia's+information+system+COVID-19+knowledge+hub+is+carried+out+based+on+the+collaboration+between+the+Ministry+of+Health+cq.+The+NIHRD+Scientific+Commission%2C+the+Center+for+Research+and+Development+of+Health+Resources+and+Services+as+stated+in+the+WHO+Biennium+2020-2021+joint+work+plan+document.+The+sample+used+in+this+activity+comes+from+data+of+research+topics%2C+studies%2C+articles%2C+and+other+sources+of+information+related+to+pandemics+COVID-19+in+Indonesia+inclusion+and+exclusion+criteria.+This+activity+will+create+a+web-based+information+system+and+provide+information+on+clustering+and+trends+in+research+topics%2C+studies%2C+articles%2C+and+other+sources+of+information+related+to+COVID-19+in+Indonesia.%0D%0A%0D%0ABy+the+May+10%2C+2021%2C+a+total+of+63+research+and+study+topics+has+been+collected%2C+9+published+articles%2C+and+1+policy+recommendation+document+regarding+COVID-19.+The+results+of+the+analysis+show+that+there+are+52+themes%2Ftopics+of+research+and+study+of+COVID-19+that+correlate+directly+with+the+response+to+COVID-19+in+Indonesia%2C+while+12+themes%2Ftopics+are+not+directly+correlated.+The+further+analysis+revealed+that+the+data+on+research+and+study+activities+for+COVID-19+in+NIHRD+was+related+to+the+COVID-19+aspects+of+the+strategic+preparedness+and+response+plan+(SPRP)%3B+major+pillars+of+COVID-19+preparedness+and+response+that+have+been+established+by+WHO.+Majorly+discussing+risk+communication+and+community+engagement+(RCCE)%2C+maintaining+essential+health+services+and+systems%2C+and+laboratory+and+diagnostic+related.+In+the+other+hands%2C+analysis+of+the+article+publication+(journal)+data+showed+that+the+main+topic+is+about+RCCE.+%0D%0A%0D%0ARegarding+the+progress+report+of+the+website+information+system+and+dashboard+development+for+the+Indonesia+COVID-19+Knowledge+Hub+-+which+is+the+core+activity+-+and+several+output+targets+that+supposed+to+be+done+until+November+2021+is+still+on+hold.+This+is+due+to+several+unforeseen+circumstances+that+we+faced+as+the+main+reasons+for+the+process+of+developing+this+website+information+system+not+being+implemented+at+the+moment%2C+including+the+IT+resource+person+who+was+working+on+the+website+repository+development+resigned%2C+the+increasing+of+workload+for+NIHRD+staffs+due+to+the+pandemic%2C+and+limitation+of+current+direct+financial+cooperation+(DFC)+agreement%2C+where+the+available+funds+cannot+be+used+to+defray+the+website+development+services+repository+according+to+the+mechanism+of+this+agreement%2C+so+we+face+the+challenge+of+continuing+the+project+and+all+deliverables.+Then%2C+we+envisage+a+need+to+discuss+the+possibility+of+re-identifying+a+new+IT+vendor+with+experience+in+developing+bibliographic+databases+and+management.+Therefore%2C+through+these+submitting+report%2C+we+would+like+to+seek+WHO%E2%80%99s+support+in+closing+the+current+DFC+agreement+with+partial+implementation.%0D%0A%0D%0AAlso%2C+in+connection+with+the+issuance+of+Presidential+Decree+(Perpres)+Number+18+of+2021+concerning+the+Ministry+of+Health%2C+Presidential+Decree+Number+78+of+2021+concerning+the+National+Research+and+Innovation+Agency+(BRIN)+and+Head+of+BRIN+decree+No.+1+of+2021+will+also+have+an+impact+on+the+rearrangement+of+the+organizational+structure%2C+staffing%2C+research+infrastructure%2C+including+data+collection+and+ownership+NIHRD+(Badan+Litbangkes)+both+existing+and+in+future.+Based+on+this+deliberation%2C+it+will+likely+have+an+impact+on+the+future+sustainability%2C+ownership%2C+and+leadership+of+Indonesia's+COVID-19+Knowledge+Hub+and+cooperation+agreements.+Therefore%2C+as+a+team+of+Indonesia's+COVID-19+Knowledge+Hub%2C+we+propose+input%2C+advice+and+further+technical+support+from+the+NIHRD+Secretariat+and+the+Scientific+Commission+NIHRD%2C+also+from+WHO+Indonesia+(
