General Works description: From our previous investigations it has become known that there is a toxic constituent in the oil part of the sagabean. (Adenanthera pavonina L). This toxic constituent(s) until now not yet chemically identified, cannot be affected (destroyed) by the simple process of ordinary household boiling in water.
