Kendala yang ditemukan antara lain; belum berhasil teknologi perkembangan vaksin berbasis mRNA, supply material masih 90-95% import, belum ada negara donor yang tertarik pengembangan vaksin PVC, uji klinis yang memiliki GCP masih terbatas, belum ada standarisasi untuk sarana dan prasarana. Dibutuhkan capacity building untuk transfer teknologi dari Negara Uni Eropa dan Amerika, dibutuhkan standar uji klinis dari segi sarana dan prasarana. Perlu dilakukan pelatihan GCP bagi tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit atau universitas.Teaching Resource
