This methods conducted by using a,a-diphenyl-B-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) as the sourches of free radical and BHA (butylated hydroxy anisole) as the posite control. The antioxidant activity of scavenging effects on a,a-diphenyl-B-picrylhydrazyl radical decreased in the order polar > semi polar > non polar extracts with values from 13-90% at dose of 200 ug.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">QV Pharmacology</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2006-12</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>Sekretariat Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
