pestisida dalam komoditi pertanian. Pemaparan pestisida pada manusia dapat menimbulkan&#13;
keracunan, baik akut maupun kronis bergantung pada lamanya pemaparan. Tomat dan selada&#13;
adalah sayuran yang biasa dikonsumsi /angsung tanpa dimasak lebih dahulu sebagai makanan,&#13;
seperti lalaban, burger. salad. iuice dan sebagainya Monitoring terhadap makanan tersebut&#13;
dilakukan dengan cara sampling ke pasar-pasar yang berada di Jakarta. Kemudian, ditentukan&#13;
kadar residu pestisida dengan menggunakan kromatografi gas ( GC ).&#13;
Hasil analisis residu pestisida ditiokarbamat dalam tomat, terdeteksi pada semua contoh&#13;
makanan dengan kadar antara 0,66 - 22,27 mg/kg. Sedangkan pada se/ada antara 0,43 - 18,57&#13;
mg/kg ( BMR tomat 3 dan selada 5 ). 41,67 % dari yang disamp/ing me/ebihi BMR baik tomat&#13;
