(Policy Brief 2024)-Pusat Kebijakan Upaya Kesehatanauthor•Sejak 2022, Indonesia menyumbang 10% kasus TBC global dengan estimasi jumlah kasus yang meningkat setiap tahunnya. Di tahun 2023 diestimasikan terdapat 1.090.000 (387 per 100.000 penduduk) kasus TBC, jauh dari target 65 per 100.000 di 2030. •Berbagai upaya pemerintah telah berhasil menurunkan under-reporting dengan signifikan dalam 5 tahun terakhir; namun progres positif tersebut masih belum cukup untuk menekan insiden dan mortalitas TBC mengingat 2 dari 10 kasus belum ditemukan dan sub-optimalnya inisiasi pengobatan. Indonesia memiliki estimasi kematian tertinggi kedua di dunia walaupun TBC sebenarnya merupakan penyakit menular yang dapat diobati. •Untuk itu, Indonesia perlu memperkuat upaya penemuan kasus TBC dengan berbagai pendekatan; diantaranya dengan meningkatkan kapasitas diagnostik, memperluas akses pelayanan TBC, meningkatkan active case finding, memperluas pelacakan kasus pada kontak erat, memberdayakan kader dan komunitas, pelatihan berkesinambungan, mempercepat upaya integrasi dengan sektor swasta, serta memperkuat kerjasama lintas sektorWA Public Health2024Badan Kebijakan Pembangunan KesehatanOther
