Melalui penyusunan laporan kinerja ini, diharapkan dapat disajikan informasi kinerja yang terukur kepada pemberi mandat atas kinerja yang telah dan seharusnya dicapai, sekaligus sebagai upaya perbaikan berkelanjutan bagi instansi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Laporan Kinerja Tahunan ini disusun dengan berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 53 Tahun 2014 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Perjanjian Kinerja, Pelaporan Kinerja, dan Tata Cara Reviu atas Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah.
