Repositori BKPKDampak Imunisasi Hepatitis Rekombinan terhadap Penularan Vertikal Virus Hepatitis B pada Bayi di Kota Bandung, Jawa BaratDjokoYuwonoauthorTelah diteliti tentang dampak imunisasi Hepatitis B menggunakan vaksin Hepatitis B rekombinan di Kota Madya Bandung, Propinsi Jawa Barat. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 186 ibu hamil trimester III dan 152 bayi yang dilahirkan. Imunisasi Hepatitis B menggunakan vaksin Hepatitis B rekombinan buatan PT. Bio Farma Bandung, dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan setempat dengan strategi imunisasi sesuai dengan Pengembangan Program Imunisasi (PPI) selama ini yaitu pada bulan ke 0-2 dan bulan ke 4-7. Pemeriksaan seromarker Hepatitis B diakukan terhadap serum ibu hamil; tali pusat bayi dan darah vena bayi yang dilahirkan pasca imunisasi. Pemeriksaan dilakukan terhadap seromarker HbsAg; Anti HBc dan anti HBs menggunakan ELISA kit diagnosa produksi ABBOTT Murex, United Kingdom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan prevalensi HbsAg dan HBcAg masing-masing sebesar 5,1% ditemukan juga 2,6% anti HBc pada ibu hamil. Selain itu ditemukan juga adanya trasnmisi vertikal Virus Hepatitis B (VHB) sebesar 5,9% di Kota Madya Bandung. Pemberian imunisasi Hepatitis B rekombinan dapat menurunkan transmisi vertikal VHB (HbsAg) dari 7,2% menjadi 3,94% atau sebesar 45,4%.
