Riskesdas 2007, provides information stunting in infants of 35.65%. The high proportion to be an important reason to monitor the height/weight infants at posyandu. But the facts show, kader posyandu just doing a child's weight. Only 30% of posyandu (integrated service station) activities undertaken correctly (Depkes RI, 2002) by the kader-posyandu (integrated service station cadre). Also according to Mantra IB (1997), kader-posyandu chosen by people, so that the public trus her's. Her's advice and guidance are often followed by community, therefore necessary to training as a fonn of education in adults (Depkes RI, 2001). Objective: Assessing techniques posyandu cadres to measure the body length and body height on children under five, before and after training. Method: Descriptive characteristics of the observations to look at the technique I how to measure before and after training. Conclusion: The results of the assessment based on test stasitik states cadres have been able to approach the gold standard measure after training. Observations cadre easier (according to standard observation) in using the tools, multifunction, microtoice and lengthboard. Anthropometry training, has been able to improve kader-posyandu skill in measuring of body length and body height of children under five.
