The purpose of this study for efficacy test of local strain of B. thuringiensis 100 PS (serotype 10), 157 KT (serotype 10), 43 GT (serotype 11), and 10 PT (serotype 3) against Musca domestica third instar larvae. The pathogenecity test according to Leodegario et al (1979) and Michio et al (1980) methods.      The result showed the local strain of B. thuringinsis serotype 3, 10, and 11 from four isolates killed M. domestica larvae after the second days until fourth days.
