An analysis of public health issues from April 20-24, 2026, showed a predominance of positive sentiment (86-90%) in the mass media, driven by narratives of preventative policies and the Ministry of Health's rapid response to current issues. However, there was a discrepancy between the policy narrative in the mass media and sentiment on social media (reaching 34,1% negative), driven by case-based issues (case-based) such as the quality of hospital services and the welfare of healthcare workers. Future communication strategies must transform from mere information dissemination to empathy-based crisis mitigation and strengthening technical data to maintain the institution's reputation.
