Starting this year, the government is giving a special gift to all Indonesian people on their birthdays. Every resident who has a birthday can have their health checked for free at all Community Health Centers. This innovative program entitled Free Health Check (CKG) aims to encourage people to care more about their health through early detection of various diseases so that they can prevent and treat risk factors, facilitate treatment and reduce health care costs.

Registration for CKG is very easy. People can register through the SATUSEHAT Mobile application, which is equipped with reminders for each user before their birthday. This application is designed with a user-friendly interface, making it easy for everyone to access it. For those who do not have a smartphone, manual registration at the nearest health facility is also available. This shows that accessibility is a top priority in this program.

When conducting a check-up, the health services provided are adjusted to the age and condition of each individual. For example, newborns will undergo examination for congenital diseases, while adults will undergo screening for non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and cancer. This ensures that each individual gets the right attention according to their needs.

After the examination, the results will be immediately available in the SATUSEHAT Mobile application, allowing users to access the information anytime and anywhere. Not only that, there is also a guide to interpreting the results of the examination, which explains the next steps, be it lifestyle changes or referrals to specialist doctors if needed. This is a significant step towards empowering individuals to better understand their health conditions.
CKG is integrated with the national health system, facilitating efficient data management. Monitoring and evaluation aim to ensure that the program delivers the expected results. In addition, to reach more people, the government has implemented various communication strategies involving mass and social media, as well as community leaders.

The financing of this program is also carefully planned. For National Health Insurance (JKN) participants, BPJS Kesehatan will cover the cost of the examination. Meanwhile, the local government will provide funding sources for people who are not JKN participants, making this service truly free for all citizens.

The massive campaign to make PKG a success includes extensive education for the public about the importance of health checks. The government focuses on digital literacy to combat hoaxes about health, which can prevent people from using this service. Through testimonials from individuals who have experienced the benefits of PKG, the government hopes to build public trust and motivate more people to participate.

The CKG program is a clear example of the government's efforts to create a healthy and productive society. By providing better access to health, CKG not only invites us to care more about our own health but also strengthens the national health system as a whole. This is the right step towards a healthier Indonesia, where every individual feels valued and cared for.
