Prof. Asnawi Abdullah, Ph.D
Head of Health Development Policy AgencyProf. Asnawi is a Public Health professional with over 30 years of experience in research, consultancy and academic leadership. He holds a PhD in Epidemiology and Population Health from Monash University and a dual Masters in Health Services Management from Monash University and in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics (DLSHTM). His diverse educational background and extensive professional contributions make him a key figure in the health policy landscape. He has been an advisor and consultant to leading organizations, such as the Nossal Institute for Global Health, World Bank, ADB, UNICEF and WHO, in addressing critical public health challenges, including epidemiology, maternal and child health, health systems, risk factors and non-communicable diseases.
Dr. Dr. Ethics Retno Wiyati, MARS, MH
Secretary of the Health Development Policy AgencyDr. Etik Retno Wiyati, MARS., MH. is active in health policy development with a focus on health system governance. A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University, she completed her professional competencies through a Masters in Hospital Administration at the University of Indonesia and a Masters in Law at UPN Veteran Jakarta, and has completed her doctoral education in Public Health at the University of Indonesia. Since joining the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2008, she has been entrusted with various policy roles, including serving as Secretary of the Health Development Policy Agency since 2024. Her international experience as Head of the Health Division of PPIH Saudi Arabia strengthens her cross-border leadership capacity. Outside of bureaucratic duties, she is active in research and scientific publications in the fields of health policy and medical tourism.
Dwi Puspasari, SKM, M.Sc
Acting Head of Health Effort Policy CenterPuspa, as she is usually called, is a person born in Medan, December 26, 1976. Growing up in Jakarta, she earned a bachelor's degree in public health from the University of Indonesia (1998-2000) and continued her studies in the Master's program in Public Health Sciences at the KIT Royal Tropical Institute in collaboration with Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, The Netherlands (2018-2019). In addition to carrying out her duties as Acting Head of the Center for Health Effort Policy, she is a Health Policy Analyst, especially related to multilateral health policies.
dr. Anas Ma'ruf, MKM
Head of Center for Health Resilience System PolicyHe has held quite a lot of positions before now. He was once the Director of Environmental Health, Head of the Data and Information Center, and Head of the Class I Soekarno Hatta Port Health Office. His work history, recorded since 1999, shows his dedication and consistency in pursuing a career in the health sector. In addition to his extensive work experience, Dr. Anas Ma'ruf is also active in various international activities as a speaker and participant in various conferences and training abroad, especially those related to infectious disease control, environmental health, and climate change. Outside of his government duties, Dr. Anas Ma'ruf is also active in various organizations, from the Indonesian Doctors Association to student organizations. His educational history, which includes a Masters in Public Health from FKM UI and medical education from UGM, shows a strong academic foundation to support his expertise and leadership in the health sector. He has received various awards for his dedication.
Lupi Trilaksono, SF, MM, Apt
Head of Center for Health Resource System PolicyHer impressive background and extensive previous experience as Director of Health Workforce Quality Improvement, has played a significant role in shaping national health strategies. Including her contribution in improving the quality of Indonesian health workers. Her involvement in international collaboration is demonstrated through her active participation in the ASEAN Medical Device Committee, ASEAN Medical Device Technical Committee, and the South East Asia Regulatory Network (SEARN). Her role as Chair of the Medical Devices and IVDs Working Group in SEARN is particularly noteworthy and demonstrates her international reach through collaborations with AHWP, APEC, WHO, and IMDRF.
Harditya Suryawanto, SH, LLM
Head of the Center for Global Health Strategy Policy and GovernanceA diplomat and international legal expert with extensive experience in international diplomacy, law, and global policy. Prior to serving as Head of the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy, Harditya served in various strategic roles at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Indonesian diplomatic missions abroad. He completed his Bachelor of Laws education at the University of Indonesia (1998–2002) and earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia University Law School (2014–2015). During his studies at Columbia, he received The Parker School Recognition of Achievement in International and Comparative Law.
