World Bank Visit to Setiabudi Health Center

Jakarta– Monday (20/11), the Setiabudi District Health Center, South Jakarta received a visit from representatives of the World Bank. The purpose of this visit was to see firsthand the implementation of activities supported by the portfolio of the World Bank Indonesia Nutrition and Health Program at the Health Center and to understand the processes carried out so far. In addition, it is also to understand access to primary health services, their utilization and the challenges faced through interactions with beneficiaries and health workers.

The visiting World Bank representatives were Alberto Rodriguez (Regional Director of Human Development for the East Asia and Pacific Region), Achim Daniel Schmilen (Human Development Program Leader for the Indonesia and Timor Leste Region), Ronald Upenyu Mutasa (Health, Nutrition and Population Practice Manager for the East Asia and Pacific Region), and Somil Nagpal (Senior Health Specialist and Cluster Leader of the Nutrition and Health Program for the Indonesia and Timor Leste Region).

Head of Setiabudi District Health Center, Gafar Hartatiyanto welcomed the arrival of guests accompanied by several staff. The review began from the 24-hour service room and emergency, then the group headed to the Delivery Room as part of the Mother and Child service. While exploring information about this service, the guests took the time to see the USG service and the examination room for pregnant women.

Guests also visited the immunization service and nutrition consultation service. Here, guests asked whether the vaccines were stored properly, how they were reported, and what the reports were like in the SMILE application. While at the nutrition clinic, World Bank representatives asked about handling stunting as one coordination. dr. Prisiana as the Acting Head of the Health Center Administration Sub-Division explained in full each question asked.

Regarding immunization services, the guests received an explanation from Dr. Utami Wulandari that the Setiabudi District Health Center carries out complete basic immunization, HPV and plans to add Rotavirus this year.

The group took the time to see the PCare application run by the Health Center. While seeing how the application works, the guests asked about the number of residents served by the Setiabudi District Health Center.

The management of activities and services carried out by the Health Center is also explained in full, such as how to carry out... screening methods non-communicable diseases and their implementation in the field.

The Setiabudi District Health Center has a four-story building and the health services provided include ISPA services, TB and leprosy services, non-communicable disease examinations, dental and oral health, elderly examinations, mental health and psychology examinations. (Author KK)
