Procedure for Submitting a Request for Survey Result Data
- Study the data that will be requested through the manual, questionnaire, code book, or reports available on the data service portal. https://layanandata.kemkes.go.id
- Prepare a data request letter signed by the head of the agency, addressed to the Head of the Data and Information Technology Center of the Ministry of Health.
